CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

Requests for cancellation of registration from individual delegates should reach the IRC office in New Delhi by 31st October,2025. In this case, 50 percent of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund will be admissible if the cancellation request is received after the due date.

For official and local delegates, no refund of the registration fee will be provided, regardless of the cancellation date. However, for official delegates, the concerned governments or organizations may substitute the names of those whose nominations have been cancelled.
